Higher Education Authority (HEA)

1) The dates that the HEA received copies of the 2019/20 annual report and audited financial statement from each University and Institute of Technology in tabular form 2) If any University or IOT requested an extension from the HEA to delay issuing the HEA a copy of their 2019/20 annual report and audited financial statement; if so the name of that University or IOT, a brief description of the reason why they requested an extension eg due to COVID etc; the new date that the University or IOT have indicated that they will be able to send the HEA with their annual report and financial statement 3) The name and job title of person within the HEA eg Head of Corporate Governance etc that decides if an extension for submitting their annual report and financial statement to HEA is to be approved or not 4) If the HEA has any legal powers eg Financial or otherwise to issue to any University or IOT that have not submitted their most recent annual report and audited financial statement to the HEA; if so what are the penalties that are available
