Galway City Council ...all reports, correspondence and other documentation held by Galway City Council as part of any deliberations, planning or implementation relating to the acquisition and installation of cycling-related regulatory signage (e.g. RUS 055 signs) by the Council or its agents. The overall time frame for this FOI request, if deemed suitable by agreement, is 1st January 2016 to date unless otherwise indicated below. The requested information should include, where applicable:
• All correspondence, briefings, tender descriptions, contract specifications, purchase orders or other similar material issued by Galway City Council to its staff, contractors or suppliers in relation to the acquisition or deployment of cycling-related signage, especially "RUS 055" signs (see attached) or other regulatory signs intended to control the use of bicycles in the city.
• All written correspondence, whether electronic, printed or handwritten, between Galway City Council officials or employees or between the City Council and any outside agency or body regarding the acquisition and/or use of cycling-related regulatory signage, especially RUS 055.
• All internal documents, reports, plans, safety audits, correspondence, emails, briefing notes, records of meetings, memos, faxes, messages, texts or other material created by Galway City Council or any of its employees or officials, whether typed, printed, handwritten, mechanically or electronically recorded or reproduced concerning regulatory signage governing the use of pedal cycles, or any other deliberations, discussions or analyses regarding the reported or perceived need for such signage in the city.
• All representations or other correspondence of that nature to Galway City Council or its officials from public representatives (Ministers, TDs, Senators and Councillors), members of statutory committees such as the Transport SPC or the Joint Policing Committee and other parties, including members
