Request for the list of Environmental Impact Assessments for the last ten years that the department have conducted with regard to the spreading of fertiliser adjacent to the Lough Corrib – Owenriff – SAC – (Site Code 000297) Under the Habitats Directive these assessments are required if a farmer is spreading fertiliser within a 15km radius of an Natura Site - Special Area of Conservation (SAC).
