I have been informed that you awarded on 21 January 2020 your Cleaning Supplies and Equipment Framework tender to five companies, and those nine companies in total submitted bids for evaluation. Please could you supply the names and registration numbers (Companies House numbers) for all four of the unsuccessful companies, excluding any commercial details of the tender outcome? If you could supply this information electronically, it would be appreciated. I understand you will be able to reply to this FOI request within 20 days.
