A list setting out any professional fees paid by the Department (or on the Department’s behalf by the State Claims Agency or any other public body) to legal or any other professional advisors engaged for the Department’s defence of the case taken by Comcast International Holdings Inc and co-litigants against the award of the State’s second mobile phone licence. The list should set the fees paid to each professional firm or barrister in each of the years since the litigation was initiated.
