Records sought in relation to the preliminary assessment of vacant sites in the Council's area,report by the Chied Executive recommending designated areas in the development plan in which the levy could be applied,documents showing the list of sites to be placed on the vacant site register,a schedule of registered owners of vacant sites included in the vacant sites register to whom notices were issued and any communications and records of meetings between the Department and the Council pertaining to the monitoring of the implementation of the levy provisions.
