Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am requesting access to the following records: Any correspondence received by the Office of Public Works (OPW) from Killross Properties Ltd or their agents or legal representatives between 1 August 2023 and 30 November 2023 concerning access by OPW, their invitees or their agents through lands at or adjacent to Castletown House and Demesne, Celbridge, Co. Kildare. This includes, but is not limited to: Any letters or emails requesting that the OPW cease access to or activities on lands owned or claimed by Killross Properties Ltd; Any solicitor’s letters threatening or warning of legal action; Please include any attachments, enclosures, or referenced materials.
