1. Copies of any advice, guidance, or policies drafted, provided, or implemented by the Legal Services Support Unit of the Immigration Service Delivery in response to the Chenchooliah judgment. 2. Copies of any guidelines, policies, or criteria issued to decision-making staff of the Immigration Service Delivery when considering whether an individual comes within the remit of the Chenchooliah judgment.
