Under the Freedom of Information Acts I would like to request the full list of additional items of work submitted as claims by the contractor building the National Children’s Hospital (BAM) to the National Paediatric Hospital Development Board (NPHDB). I understand this list stretches to several hundred items. I was informed by DPER that this information is held by your department as your department is the ultimate client. I am aware these claims are likely to be subject to mediation and disputes resolution process.
