St. Vincents University Hospital 1) The amount of revenue generated through selling of items via newsagents, restaurants and coffee shops within the hospital in the years 2015, 2016, 2017 and to- date in 2018 in tabular form 2) If any of the newsagents, restaurants and coffee shops are outsourced eg (Private company) then the amount of rent the hospital is charging for same will be sufficient in each of the years in question 3) If any of the newsagents, restaurants or coffee shops are outsourced how was amount of rent was to be paid to be decided; if all contracts for same are renewal yearly, or are some contracts long term (if so what is long term over eg 3 years etc) 4) If contracts are for long term (contract for a minimum of 3 years and over) is the amount of rent payable fixed for the length of the contract or clauses for the hospital within the contract to increase or decrease the rent fee during this period.
