I refer to the TLAC inputs earlier this year leading to the appointment of Secretaries General at the Department of Health (Mr Watt) and the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform (Mr Moloney). I hereby request the following specific information or copies of the records that contain the information. In respect of each of the two TLAC competitions: - The names and titles of each participant on the initial interview panel and the final interview panel, indicating in each case the name of the chairperson. - The names and titles of observers at an interview. - The number of applicants. - The number of applicants shortlisted for an initial interview. - The number of applicants shortlisted for a final interview. - The number of candidates recommended to the government, indicating the number from outside the civil/public service.
