Background:On the 19th January 2012 following a request to make a presentation to the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport attended by department officials and a barrister from the Office of the Attorney General, and Mr. Brian Murphy, a political advisor to Mr. Leo Varadkar, the Minister at thetime. School transport was mentioned. 1) Please furnish all documents under your control furnished to the meeting, circulated after the meeting, minutes ofmeeting, and generated due to the meeting.2) For clarity, please furnish copies of all records received or sent tothe Department of Education and Skills in respect ofthe meeting and the subject matterof the meeting.
