I am submitting an FOI requester under the Act for any records recording discussions by the Minister Harris, or his predecessor as the case may be, about the ethical obligation of the Minister and department to seek out and consult with individual women, informal groups of women, women’s representative bodies such as The Countess and individual female politicians such as Deputy Carol Nolan, Senator Sharon Keogh and Senator Sarah O Reilly to establish their views in relation to the participation by biological males, who id as women, in women’s sports and the accessing, by such aforementioned biological males, women’s safe spaces such as toilets, dressing rooms and showering facilities.
