Any records created since January 1, 2020 in relation to Article 48 of the National Cultural Institutions Act 1997, which states that the minister shall establish and maintain a register of cultural objects whose export from the state would constitute a serious loss to the heritage of IrelandThe application should include a copy of any such list that the Minister has established.
