Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

As per the EU Public Procurement Directive, member states are required to report to the Commission every three years about SME participation in public procurement. These reports also concern the prevention, detection and adequate reporting of cases of procurement fraud, corruption and conflict of interest and other irregularities. As such I am requesting all such reports that have been sent to the Commission, and any correspondence that exists under Freedom of Information.
