(i)The aggregate of all legal and related fees and outlays paid or payable by An Bord Pleanála to third parties for services provided to the Bord (ii)The aggregate of all legal fees and outlays paid or payable by the Bord to the Applicant in the said Judicial Review (iii)The aggregate of all internal staff and related costs incurred by the Bord in the pursuit of the said Judicial Review (iv)The aggregate of any other costs, fees, expenses and outlays incurred by the Bord respect of the said Judicial Review; and (v)The allocation of all of the aforesaid costs at paragraphs (i) to (iv) inclusive between the Bord and Cork County Council and the basis for such allocation.
