I am seeking the following records: Internal Communications: Emails, memos, and other forms of correspondence within the department concerning the establishment of the Citizens' Assembly on Drugs Use. Communications between your department and other government departments or agencies involved in the assembly. Reports and Documents: Any reports, proposals, or briefing documents related to the formation, objectives, and operational plans of the Citizens' Assembly on Drugs Use. Minutes of meetings or notes from discussions held within your department or between departments regarding the assembly. Policy Documents: Documents outlining the legislative, policy, or operational changes considered or recommended for the assembly. Records detailing the selection process for assembly members and the terms of reference for the assembly. Submissions and Deliberations: Submissions received from stakeholders, experts, or the public that were considered in the planning of the Citizens' Assembly on Drugs Use. Records of deliberations or consultations held within your department or with other bodies regarding the assembly. I am particularly interested in records created or held from February 2021 to the present.
