RE: Ardgraigue Bog: Request for the following: - 1. A copy of the notice/pack that was issued to all landowners and turf plot owners of the intention to designate Ardgraigue bog as a Special Area of Conservation "SAC" and of the activities requiring consent "ARC'S" relating to Ardgraigue bog. Also, provide the information pack associated with the same along with the relevant maps. 2. The date in which the above notice/pack and associated maps issued to Landowners and turf plot owners. 3. A record of the number of landowners and turf plot owners that were sent the information notice/packs as outlined in No.1 above. 4. A copy of all dates including the dates and list of newspapers where the notice/advertisement appears and all associated notices/advertisements of the intention to designate Ardgraigue bog as an "SAC" and the required activities requiring consent relating to Ardgraigue bog. 5. A copy of the dates (including the number of times during the provided dates) and the names of the radio stations which broadcast this notice/advertisement of the intention to designate Ardgraigue bog as an "SAC." Provide a copy of the wording the radio stations were provided with and used when broadcasting the public advertising. 6. A list of the public offices, libraries and the other public buildings including the periods where the public notice of the proposed designation of Ardgraigue bog were advertised and displayed. Also, please provide the period in which this public notice was advertised / displayed in these buildings. 7. A copy of the public notice/advertisement put on display as outlined in No.6 above. 8. Please provide the record of the number of objections received during the proposed designation process. 9. Please provide records of dates and who conducted the surveys to propose Ardgraigue bog to be nominated and designated as a Special Area of Conservation. 10. Please provide evidence of who conducted the survey referred to in No.9 above and all documentation in relation to the proof of permission sought from landowners or turf plot owners to enter their private properties and if this was refused how was the survey done?
