All correspondence between HIQA and the HSE Director General, HSE National Director of Social Care and the Minister for Health, on any issues relating to the appointment by the HSE of a Confidential Recipient in respect of HSE-funded services for vulnerable people. I would also request any correspondence from HIQA to the Confidential Recipient pertaining to their role. The period of the correspondence would be 1 December 2014 to 3 March 2015.
