• Any internal Dept records or correspondence relating to arrangements in use within the poultry industry that could be used to engineer excess compensation for VAT to include; • Any correspondence about this issue between the Dept of Agriculture and the the Department of Finance and Revenue. • Any correspondence about this issue between the Department of Agriculture and representatives of the poultry sector. • Copies of the two reports that representatives of the poultry sector presented to the Department of agriculture outlining changes made to the operation of the flat rate scheme within the poultry sector, and which the sector believed addressed the concerns raised in a 2019 Revenue review of the matter. • Any correspondence relating to these two poultry sector reports. • Any correspondence or records relating to arrangements or possible arrangements in the beef feed lot sector to engineer excess VAT compensation via the flat rate scheme - in a similar fashion to the poultry sector.
