Details of correspondence, research, or any other investigations carried out by the City Council that led to the conclusion that the following statements conveyed to an Bord Pleanala on 15/07/2015 in relation to Planning Reference No. 14/292 were factual: ”In relation to the majority of the appellants grounds of appeal these relate to issues of ownership, rights of way etc” and “In this regard, it is pointed out that these matters pertaining to title of property, including rights of way are not for the Planning Authority and an Bord Pleanala to determine. The parties involved can have recourse to the courts to settle such questions”
