 Copies of records detailing all unsolicited information received by HIQA since January 1, 2015 in relation to nursing homes (both public and private), care homes for people with disabilities, care homes for children  Copies of records indicating what action was taken (for example inspection or referral to another body) by HIQA are receiving each piece of unsolicited information.
