A copy of the Agenda and the Minute of the Ordinary Monthly Meeting of the Council at which the decision was made to refuse the offer from the Louth Environmental Group to enter into a joint community venture with the Council to secure the provision of the Council's Statutory Development Plan Objective of providing a riverside walk from the Newry Road Bridge on the Castletown River to the Railway Bridge on the river. Copies of the paid invoices which were submitted by the private contractors to construct the new fence which created a rear entrance passageway along a portion of the St Nicholas Avenue houses.
