1) The copy of notification from Charity Regulator (CR) to “registrar of companies” under Section 39(17) of Charities Act 2009 when Vedic Hindu Cultural Centre, Ireland (VHCCI) was registered as a charity. 2) Reply from “registrar of companies” to CR under Section 49 of Charities Act 2009 regarding VHCCI after request made under section 39(17). 3) Copy of VHCCI list of initial charity trustees under Section 39(5)(d) of Charity Act 2009. 3) any communications between CR and VHCCI regarding unaudited VHCCI accounts attached with Annual Report 4) Documentation on any communications between CR and VHCCI on why the “Total Expenditure” of VHCCI Annual Report 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 does not match the figure given in Annual Accounts. 5) All Trustee declarations 6) 2021 VHCCI Annual Report and its attachments submitted to Charity Regulator. 7) Documentation on communication between VHCCI and Charity Regulator on two sets of director loans in the attached accounts with Annual Reports 2020 and 2021. 8) All other communications between VHCCI and Charity Regulator from 1st February 2022 to date of the FOI Request. Of particular interest is any communications regarding three set of income / expenditure figures for 2020.
