Request for the Evaluation Report of the National Preferential Caravan Loan Scheme for Travellers carried out last year assessing the Caravan Loan Pilot schemes and ran from 2021 to 2024. Request any views/ memos/ opinions/ expert reports etc. Gathered in the process of compiling the evaluation - not just the evaluation itself, and in the context of local authority surveys only for the amalgamated survey responses in excel format (and not for the 62 individual LA survey responses)
