These to include, but not be limited to, the following: Accommodation costs for all officials attending the launch Accommodation costs for all (if any) guests attending the launch Expenses claimed by officials to date (Feb 21st) such as mileage re launch attendance Any catering costs for the launch in Sligo IT Video/audio productions costs for the launch Printing costs for launch brochures etc Audio-visual equipment purchase, rental or hire for the launch Advertisements in local and national media, including radio, print, online and cinema, both before and after the launch, including paid bookings for advertisements linked to Project Ireland 2040 going forward Any costs paid to Sligo IT for use of facilities Cost of external consultants for any reason, such as PR, marketing, branding, photography, videography.
