The terms of reference for the Interdepartmental Group on the Family and Care referendums, and any instructions or guidance from the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth or the Department or the Government on the mandate and work of the Interdepartmental Group; Any email or other correspondence to members of the Interdepartmental Group from the Secretariat; Any policy substantive email or other correspondence or notes of any phone calls or meetings between the Interdepartmental Group and the Minister or his advisors, and any associated reports; The minutes and preparatory notes for any bilateral meetings between members of the Interdepartmental Group, and any associated reports; The minutes and preparatory notes for meetings of any subgroups or subcommittees of the Interdepartmental Group, and any associated reports; Any correspondence on the referendums to the Minister from any other Minister of the Cabinet or member of the Dáil or Seanad; and the Minister's reply in each case.
