Under the Freedom of Information Act, 2014, I request the following records: The record to which I seek access contains the “engagement” between Ireland and the United Kingdom, including the United Kingdom Space Agency UKSA, on the matter of Virgin Orbit and its flight to launch a rocket. This “engagement” is referenced in the Environmental Impact Assessment published by Virgin Orbit which is available here: https://consultations.caa.co.uk/corporate- communications/aee-consultation-virgin-orbit-spaceport-cornwall/ And it reads in particular: “1.4.10 Further engagement is pending UK/Irish government-to-government agreements and preparation of an LOA. [Letter of Agreement]”. This is the engagement to which I refer. I do not know the form of your record, and so I can only suggest that may be written or printed including on an electronic system (email). I have also submitted to you a record from the UK which may assist you in finding your record. The record I seek from you includes the government to government agreement (which may take the form of a Letter of Agreement) between Ireland and the United kingdom in the matter of Virgin Orbit as above. The timeframe for the record I seek is from 1 August 2022 to date.
