I wish to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act for OPW's response to the 40 breaches of the Protocol that occurred at the gates of Castletown at and on Lime Avenue and were notified to OPW management. Further information was requested by the chairman of the Ministerial Working Group. This information was provided but subsequently no response was ever received. I request a copy of this response together with the details as to how these breaches were investigated
