In particular a copy of the record held in any form by the Council of all and any matter relating to Instrument number D20 1 3LR029 1 3 7R form which said Folio was founded. Also - kindly provide a copy of the record held by the Council of all of the particulars, i.e. cost(s), minutes of meetings etc, that were involved in, or related to the purchase and / or maintenance of the lands registered in the aforesaid Folio, during the period before and after all negotiations ’ relating to said purchase. Also - a copy of the record held by the City Council containing the decision making process to expend on such a land purchase.
