I am requesting all the data on record of the names of who the Government appointed to that Technical committee and what those members of that committee received in remuneration for their time and services they gave while on that technical committee. 3 of the committee members were Dr James Lombard of NSAI (deceased), Chartered engineers Mr Damien McKay and Mr Aidan O'Connell who were assisted by others in coming up with the IS465.
