All correspondence (sent and received) between the Department of Finance and the Department of Enterprise, related to the EU Payment Services Directive 3, specifically related to a proposal/position paper by the Department of Finance submitted to the council of the EU, and the proposal for social media and online firms to have to vet financial services adverts, between 1st December 2024 and 1st June 2025. 2.
