We have been retained by a client to review an industrial unit they intend to purchase, Unit 12A Duleek Business Park, Duleek, Co. Meath. As part of our review we are to investigate the statutory status in regards to planning and fire safety certification and disability access certification. From discussion with Meath County Council Building Control Department, 2 no. Fire Safety Certificates have been granted on the property, reference numbers FS06217 & FS7071. We wish to view the drawings associated with these 2no. certs at the earliest available opportunity.
