At a meeting of with Irish Coursing Club held on July 3, 2018 item 5 on the agenda was "Operation of Open Coursing meetings". I seek all participants' notes and minutes, as well as follow up correspondence and notes either internal or external which related to this item as well as any document or correspondence which led to this item being included on the agenda.On July 5, 2018 Mr Gerry Leckey emailed DJ Histon and said "we had a discussion at the meeting the Open Coursing events. Could you provide a commentary of the operation of these Open Coursing meeting, the involvement of the ICC and any reporting of these meeting to the ICC." I seek all notes or correspondence (internal or external) which were generated as a result of or related to this request - including any records which led to this question being asked.On July 11, 2018 Mr Histon wrote to Mr Leckey and included a paragraph (3) on Open Coursing Clubs. This detailed that "Open events are attended by a Control Steward, Licenced Judge, Licenced Slipper and ICC Executive Member." I seek all notes, records or correspondence (internal or external) which arose from or were related to this item in Mr Histon's letter. This should include any subsequent notes, correspondence or reflections on this explanation.In a written answer to Deputy Clare Daly on January 15, 2019 [1118/19 and 1119/19] Minister Madigan said: "My Department has concentrated its efforts on monitoring regular coursing meetings, including more recently on monitoring coursing trials. My Department is actively re-evaluating its approach to open coursing events". I seek all communications generated in the preparation of this response, records relating to the statement that the Department was re-evaluating its approach to open-coursing meetings and any records generated as a result of this re-evaluation.A copy of all records related to the annual review of the NPWS's annual meeting with the Irish Coursing Club in the summer/autumn of 2019, in particular any discussion on issues related to Open Coursing. This can exclude elements specicially related to the virus discovered in rabbits and hares.
