All records relating to the use of tents outside the International Protection Office (IPO) since January 2023. Any feasibility studies, risk assessments, guidelines issued to staff at the IPO, memos, reports, meeting notes, and briefing materials relating to the use of these tents. Any letters, emails, or other documents (reports/memos etc) relating to the conditions at the makeshift camp, such as health concerns/conditions, sanitary conditions/use of toilet facilities, protection from weather, protection from hostile protesters etc.
