(1) All hard copy documents and electronically stored information held by the Department of the Environment Climate and Communications (the “Department”), touching upon, concerning or relating to the section of the “Financial Capacity assessment criteria” provided for in section 6 of the document titled: “Financial Capability Assessment for Offshore Oil and Gas Exploration and Appraisal Applications | Guidance Document – August 2019” (the “Guidance”), to include, but not limited to, the following: (a) Any and all policy document, guidelines or similar considered in respect of the selection of the “Financial Capacity assessment criteria”. (b) Any discussions, proposals or decisions made in relation to the selection of the “Financial Capacity assessment criteria”. And (c) All internal and external communications relating the selection of the “Financial Capacity assessment criteria”.
