I am seeking a Freedom of Information request in relation to the Oath of Office under Article 34.6.1 and the Subscribed Declaration relating to the following: Judge James O’ Donoghoe of the Circuit Court. For the avoidance of any misunderstanding, I am seeking under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, and all relevant legislation made and provided, all and any documentation relating to the appointment of this man as a Judge of the Circuit Court including a copy of his oath, subscribed declaration and all and any documentation confirming his appointment as same to same.
