ALL correspondence, files, data, impact studies, consultancy studies, external consultation, risk assessments, public submissions and a copy of latest draft bylaws - in relation to the draft 2021 beach bylaws from the date of the public notice in the paper until now. That is ALL files/emails/correspondence/meeting minutes from the Senior Engineer, Senior Executive Engineer, Executive Scientist, Executive Engineer, Senior Staff Officer, Water Safety Officer and the Health & Safety Officer and anyone else on the working committee responsible for new draft bylaws. It's important that a copy of the latest draft bylaws that is to be issued to the elected councillors is included along with all the files.
