Copies of any correspondence (to include emails, texts, attached documents, memos etc) between the CE and the Minister for Equality, regarding accommodation for asylum seekers or for Ukrainians. Copies of any correspondence from members of the public regarding asylum seekers or Ukrainians moving into the local area, and the reply to these correspondences by the Council. Or, if there are too many documents, a log summarising this correspondence if kept. Copies of any leaflets or information circulated to locals regarding asylum seekers moving into the local area, issued by the Council. Between the period of 1 January 2023 to 16 May 2023.
