I seek records (including but not limited to emails, reports, correspondence, memos) under FOI “from the relevant units” in your Dept. pertaining to the below recommendations (10, 17 -19) made in the CMO’s Report on the “Use of uro-gynaecological mesh in surgical procedures” (to include the progress/status of those recommendations) dated 21.11.2018 to the former Minister for Health.
