Under the FOI Act 2014 I request: 1. both the rules and the Terms & Conditions for grants referred to in the article 2. the documents and records that relate to XXXX selection of XXXXX which are being reviewed by the department to ensure compatibility with both the rules and Terms & Conditions for grants and which must therefore by necessity be in the possession of the department and which by definition must include but are not limited to: • Contract for lease of XXXX current HQ at XXXX XXXX, XXXX • Terms of Reference for sub-committee setup in XXXX for the purpose of selecting a location for a new HQ and Centre of Excellence • Minutes of all sub-committee meetings • Tender documents used to select independent consultant to conduct feasibility study • Terms of Reference under which consultant conducted feasibility study • List of range of potential sites considered and terms by which the list was compiled • Constitution of the XXXX Company including the Powers Clause and/or any other legal document which shows that the Board of XXXX has the sole power to choose a site for its HQ and Centre of Excellence • Method by which XXXX has satisfied itself that the transaction is consistent with public procurement rules • Copy of the current contract with XXXXX XXXX • Copy of the proposed long-term contract with XXXXX XXXX
