If money has been received, or is pledged to be received, on what activities or works precisely has your local authority decided to spend this money? If there is money spent or pledged to be spent on footpath improvements, how much money is being spent on this? On what basis were locations for this work decided? Was there any suggestions or recommendations from IPB as to how or where these retained earnings should be spent? Could you furnish me with a copy of correspondence?
