Any correspondence, documentation or other forms of data within the remits of the AIE regulations which contains information on whether or not Ireland has received a derogation from the EU ETS2. 2. Any correspondence, documentation or other forms of data within the remits of the AIE regulations which contains information on when a decision on Ireland’s application for a derogation is expected from the European Commission, if no derogation has yet been received. 3. Any response from the European Commission to Ireland’s application for a derogation, which specifies a date and reference number. 4.Any correspondence, documentation or other forms of data within the remits of the AIE regulations which contains information on what factual and legal basis the derogation was sought. I also request this information under the Freedom of Information Act 2014
