(1) All hard copy documents and electronically stored information held by the Department of Environment Climate and Communications (the “Department”) created on or after 21 November 2022 and up to 19 May 2023 touching upon, concerning or relating to the Department’s consideration of: (a) the redeemable secured convertible loan note provided to ……submitted to the Department; and
