All esubs sent to Minister Donohoe for approval as part of Budget 2026 process. I would like to narrow my search to records from 01/09/25 to 07/10/25. As discussed, I would also narrow it further to esubs relating to measures for final inclusion in Budget 2026. However, if such esubs for final decision fall outside the date range above but occurred between 01/07/25 and 07/10/25 and specifically relate to the following measures, I would like them included: 1. Increase in 2% rate ceiling for USC 2. Extension of Mortgage interest tax relief 3. Extension of relief and changes to minimum basic annual salary requirement in SARP
