1. Any briefings prepared for The Minister or Secretary General, in relation to allegations of residents seeking financial payments from developments to not take a judicial review/object to planning applications. 2. Any related internal correspondence within The Department related to the above briefing or topic. (I imagine the actual amount of correspondence on this would be small or in a small window, however I am leaving the timeframe a bit broader in case that window is further back than in recent weeks) 3. Any correspondence between developers’/construction firms and The Minister, residents seeking financial payments in the period developments to not take a judicial review/object to planning applications. All 3 in the period 01/01/2023 - 13/06/2023
