All internal and external communications with NGOs including the National Women's Council of Ireland, Family Carers Ireland and One Family regarding the two upcoming referendums on 08/03/2024 on Family and Care. Information; communications and meeting notes regarding current and future funding, plans and concerns ahead of the campaign for two Yes votes that launched on 25/01/2024. 2. All internal and external communications regarding the wording of the amendments to Constitution for the two upcoming referendums on Family and Care. All meeting notes, messages and advice provided to government ministers before the wording was finalised and the Thirty-ninth Amendment of the Constitution (The Family) Bill 2023 and the Thirty- ninth Amendment of the Constitution (The Family) Bill 2023 were presented to both Houses of the Oireachtas.
