Request for copies of all records held by The Department in relation to contacts by a property development company and any of its related companies/entities and/or their representatives with The Minister and/or any of his departmental officials at grade of Principal Officer and above in 2023 in relation to housing supply. These records should include…  copies of all letters, emails, notes of conversations, notes of any meetings held either in person or remotely, notes of phone calls, memos, briefings, text/WhatsApp messages, transcripts.  copies of any submissions/representations made by the property development company and any of its related companies/entities and/or their representatives
