Any correspondence, reports, submissions, job advertisements, or costings related to the hiring of an advisor for the purpose of advising on publicly owned sites at City Hall, Crown Square, and Carnmore Airport, either within Galway City Council, or between Galway City Council and said advisor, or between Galway City Council and any other state body or government department.
