a. Copies of all submissions to the public consultation at end of 2019/beginning of 2020 on removing barriers to energy efficiency in the rental sector by addressing the split incentive problem. (I note that the public consultation guidance paper says that submissions will be released under FOI). b. Copies of any final report produced following the consultation.
